Programme operations

An analytics internship round with 35 participants across seven teams.

What I did

  • Organized intake, availability checks, and team formation.
  • Set update routines with team leads and followed up on blockers.
  • Tracked submissions and coordinated project review and feedback.
  • Provided targeted support when teams needed help moving forward.
  • Documented the full process so future rounds could reuse it.

Result

All seven teams completed the programme. Progress updates, blockers, submissions, reviews, and feedback were tracked in one reusable operating process.
