The challenge
Keep a distributed cohort moving without losing track of people or projects.
Participants worked across different schedules and time zones. The programme needed one clear way to form teams, track progress, surface blockers, and move projects through review.
What I did
Created one clear way to coordinate the programme.
- Organized intake, availability checks, and team formation.
- Set update routines with team leads and followed up on blockers.
- Tracked submissions and coordinated project review and feedback.
- Provided targeted support when teams needed help moving forward.
- Documented the full process so future rounds could reuse it.

Result
All seven teams completed the programme. Progress updates, blockers, submissions, reviews, and feedback were tracked in one reusable operating process.
